In the middle o the harvest shuffle, we were thrilled to have a chat with Russell!  Russell Bevan that is.  Winemaker for Bevan Cellars, PerUs, Adversity and many more, Russell is known for signature styles within each brand.  And not just any wine, 100+ wines are nothing new to this winemaker having scored around 30 so far in his career.
